Urban Eatery! My new Bixi Food
Well, I got a BIXI pass this summer and have been cruising the downtown looking for new foods. Some of those who know me – know I’ll eat anything! Recently I heard about the new Eaton Center Urban Eatery. This traditional Mall Food Court has some unique twists to the norm. Not only is its styling updated and fresh, the way they do things is different too!
The greatest part of eating at the urban eatery has to be the lack of junk! When you ‘eat in’ you actually get real plates, bowls, and cups! These trays and everything are plastic (hopefully recycled) and are returned to a collection station where someone will sort your tray for you into the appropriate containers. A new fresh take on fast food garbage for sure.
