No, not a Buffalo Soldier, Bungalow Soldier. Danielle and I have just finalized the offer and financing processes on our first home! Currently living in Oshawa, and finding the area suited our needs, we decided it was time to make the jump together into our first house. We are still living in the same area as before and are just a few blocks north of our current home. The house is a 1963 Bungalow with a walk out basement and sits on a 200 x 50 foot lot. The lot backs onto a nice river that looks awesomely clear and I am anxious to see if there are any trout abound in the spring. We will keep you updated as we move along. Our move date is around the 15th of November and we are very anxious to move in. It needs some paint etc first, but we can get most of that done before the move. Ill post pics shortly.
